Jeff Doughty, President and Chief Executive Officer
Doughty is the founder and CEO of Spectrum Water Coolers, Inc., the first organization in the U.S. to sell filtered water coolers to the commercial market. As the most experienced executive in the filtered water cooler industry, he has close relationships with all major water cooler dealers and manufacturers in the U.S. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. 

Andy Cuthill, Chief Financial Officer
Cuthill most recently served as CFO of a $120 million importer/wholesaler of consumer products; he was also part of a turnaround management team that brought the company from the brink of bankruptcy to profitability within 3 years. He has several years of strategic and operational consulting experience, serving clients in a variety of industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. 

Nelson Groh, National Service Director
Groh has worked for Spectrum for 10 years and is regarded as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable service professionals in the industry. Prior to Spectrum, he owned his own water cooler company. He also spent 28 years with the American Red Cross in biomedical research and administration, holding high-level operating positions.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Gettysburg College.
