Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Spectrum Water Coolers, Inc. is a rapidly growing, nationwide drinking water cooler company with headquarters in Jessup, Maryland. We seek a high-achieving and organized sales professional to be a key contributor to our future growth by generating sales to water cooler end users. The career track may include supervision of an expanded sales department depending on preference and performance.
Our compensation package includes a competitive compensation, commissions for sales, bonuses, and benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and conduct sales appointments with local and national account prospective clients.
- Accurately maintain database of sales leads and appointments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of local and national sales initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must:
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience selling to the office environment
- Be proficient on PC/Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook, Email)
- Be self-motivated and money-motivated
- Be someone who has earned over $60,000/year as a selling professional
- Have experience generating new business through cold calling and networking
- Be highly competitive
Should:
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Be someone who has called on Facilities Managers, Office Managers, Operations Managers, COOs, and CFOs
- Have sold in high-end price-competitive environment
- Be proficient at single-call closes, as well as long term account management
- Have sold products in the $3,000 to $300,000 range
- Have strong sense of self-worth
- Have strong long-term relationship building skills
- Need little supervision once trained
- Be a strong decision maker
